A bathroom is the room you use every day, so it has to look good and work properly for years. We build bathrooms, en-suites and wet rooms across London, from strip-out to the last bead of sealant, with the same care we put into a full house.

Built properly, from the floor up
Most bathroom problems come from what you can't see: poor waterproofing, wrong falls, bad ventilation. We get those right first, then finish the room to the standard you'd expect from a hotel. One team, one point of contact, no chasing five different trades.
The taps and tiles are only part of a luxury bathroom. Just as important are the floor that doesn't creak, the shower that drains the right way, the grout that stays clean and the mirror that doesn't steam up. We plan the hidden work as carefully as the finishes, because that's what decides how the room holds up in five or ten years.

Plan
We look at the space, agree the layout, finishes and budget, and order long-lead items like baths, brassware and tiles before we start.

Build
Strip-out, plumbing, electrics, waterproofing, then tiling and fit-out. You get regular updates and one person to call.

Deliver
We test everything, seal and snag, then walk you through the finished room before handover.

Bathrooms as part of a bigger project
Many of our bathrooms are part of a larger job: a loft conversion with a new en-suite, an extension with a downstairs shower room, or a full refurbishment. Because we manage every trade, the bathroom is planned with the rest of the build rather than squeezed in at the end.

Yes. We can build from your designer's drawings, or help you plan the layout and choose finishes if you don't have one.
It depends on the scope. We agree the timeline before we start, and if it's your only bathroom we plan the work around that so you're not left without one longer than necessary.
Usually, yes. Moving waste pipes and creating level-access showers needs the right falls and waterproofing, so we check what's possible on site before we price it.
Yes. It's all managed by us, so you deal with one team from strip-out to handover.
